The \'rarely used buttons\' toolbar is hardly ever enabled. If I bothered to move the GUutil and extension manager buttons to the navigation toolbar, it\'d propably never be on. As you might guess, just about everything is done with keyboard shortcuts or mouse gestures; the rest with context menu.
